On14February2018,theNationalHealthandFamilyPlanningCommission(NHFPC)ofChinanotifiedtheWorldHealthOrganization(WHO)ofonecaseofhumaninfectionwithavianinfluenzaA(H7N4)virus.ThisisthefirsthumancaseofavianinfluenzaA(H7N4)infectiontobereportedworldwide.

 

2018年2月14日，中國(guó)衛(wèi)生計(jì)生委向世界衛(wèi)生組織報(bào)告一例人感染禽流感A(H7N4)病毒病例。這是全球首例報(bào)告人感染H7N4的病例。

 

Thecase-patientwasa68-year-oldwomanfromJiangsuProvincewithpre-existingcoronaryheartdiseaseandhypertensionandshedevelopedsymptomson25December2017.Sevendayslater,shewasadmittedtoalocalhospitalfortreatmentofseverepneumoniaandwasdischargedafter21days.On12February,theChineseCenterforDiseaseControlandPrevention(ChinaCDC)confirmedthatthecase-patient’ssampleswerepositiveforavianinfluenzaA(H7N4).TheNHFPCconfirmedthediagnosison13February2018.Thecase-patienthadreportedahistoryofexposuretolivepoultrybeforeonsetofsymptoms.

 

患者是來(lái)自江蘇省的一名68歲女性，已患有冠心病和高血壓，于2017年12月25日出現(xiàn)癥狀。7天后，她因重癥肺炎被當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院收治，21天后出院。2月12日，中國(guó)疾病預(yù)防控制中心對(duì)該名患者樣本檢測(cè)為H7N4陽(yáng)性。國(guó)家衛(wèi)生計(jì)生委于2018年2月13日確認(rèn)。該名患者報(bào)告在發(fā)病前有活禽接觸史。

 

 

 

Currentevidencesuggeststhatthisvirusdoesnothavetheabilityofsustainedtransmissiontohumans,thusthelikelihoodofsustainedhumantohumantransmissionislow.Anyanimalinfluenzavirusthatdevelopstheabilityofhumantohumantransmissioncantheoreticallycauseapandemic.

 

現(xiàn)有證據(jù)表明這種病毒沒(méi)有持續(xù)傳染人類(lèi)的能力，因此，持續(xù)的人傳人機(jī)會(huì)很低。任何能發(fā)展成人傳人能力的動(dòng)物流感病毒理論上都能引起大流行。

 

ItispossiblethatadditionalhumancasesofavianinfluenzaA(H7N4)willbedetected,howeveronlyonehumancasehasbeendetectedsofar,andinformationonthecirculationofavianinfluenzaA(H7N4)inbirdsisnotcurrentlyavailable.

 

不排除還會(huì)有人感染H7N4的病例檢測(cè)出來(lái)，不過(guò)，目前只有一例病例，而目前尚無(wú)禽流感A(H7N4)病毒在禽鳥(niǎo)中傳播的資料。

公眾應(yīng)該避免接觸高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)環(huán)境，如：活體動(dòng)物市場(chǎng)/農(nóng)場(chǎng)以及活禽，或有可能被家禽糞便污染的物體表面。

 

Handhygienewithfrequentwashingoruseofalcoholhandsanitizerisrecommended.WHOdoesnotrecommendanyspecificdifferentmeasuresfortravellers.

 

推薦勤洗手或使用酒精洗手液。世界衛(wèi)生組織不建議對(duì)旅行者采取任何特殊的不同措施。

 

WHOdoesnotadvisespecialscreeningatpointsofentrywithregardtothisevent,nordoesitrecommendthatanytravelortraderestrictionsbeapplied.

 

世界衛(wèi)生組織不建議就這一事件在入境處進(jìn)行特殊篩查，也不建議實(shí)施任何旅游或貿(mào)易限制。
